Plant-based pancake recipe

Our delicious plant-based pancake recipe will make you want a huge stack of these breakfast treats right now.
Ingredients:
1 cup soy or any other plant milk
1tsp apple cider vinegar
1 cup flour
2 tbs maple or agave syrup
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
1 tbs oil
Sprinkle of salt
Berries (optional)
Method:
- Add the plant-based milk and apple cider vinegar to a bowl
- Stir to combine then set aside for five minutes
- Sift the flour into the mix then add the syrup, baking powder, cinnamon (optional), oil, and salt
- Use a whisk to combine until smooth then set aside for 10 minutes
- Pour the batter for each pancake into a frying pan on medium heat
- When enough bubbles have formed and popped to become holes on the surface, flip
- Fry the other side until evenly cooked
- Stack pancakes, add berries (optional), and drizzle with syrup
- Serve and enjoy!
