Plant-based pancake recipe

Our delicious plant-based pancake recipe will make you want a huge stack of these breakfast treats right now.

Ingredients:

1 cup soy or any other plant milk

1tsp apple cider vinegar

1 cup flour

2 tbs maple or agave syrup

1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp cinnamon (optional)

1 tbs oil

Sprinkle of salt

Berries (optional)

 

Method:

  1. Add the plant-based milk and apple cider vinegar to a bowl
  2. Stir to combine then set aside for five minutes
  3. Sift the flour into the mix then add the syrup, baking powder, cinnamon (optional), oil, and salt
  4. Use a whisk to combine until smooth then set aside for 10 minutes
  5. Pour the batter for each pancake into a frying pan on medium heat
  6. When enough bubbles have formed and popped to become holes on the surface, flip
  7. Fry the other side until evenly cooked
  8. Stack pancakes, add berries (optional), and drizzle with syrup
  9. Serve and enjoy!
