Plant-based banana bread recipe

3 ripe bananas  

½ cup soy or plant milk of your choice 

3 tbs oil  

¾ cup brown sugar 

2 cups flour  

1tbs cinnamon  

3 tsp baking powder  

¼ tsp salt  

1/3 cup dark chocolate chips  



  1. Add the sliced bananas, plant-based milk, and oil to a bowl
  2. Use a hand blender to combine until smooth
  3. Add the brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt
  4. Use a whisk to combine until smooth
  5. Add dark chocolate chunks and stir through evenly
  6. Pour mixture into a lined baking tray or muffin forms
  7. Bake at 180°C for 60 minutes
  8. Remove from oven and drizzle dark melted chocolate on top
  9. Sprinkle chopped peanuts (optional)
  10. Slice. Serve. Enjoy!
