Greyhound racing ban needs urgent support

Premier Mike Baird has taken a courageous decision to ban cruel greyhound racing in NSW, but his decision is under heavy pressure. You can act now to make sure the Premier keeps the ban.

The Premier’s decision followed a Special Commission into the industry which found overwhelming evidence of systemic cruelty. High rates of injury, widespread live baiting and mass killings of healthy dogs, left the Premier with no other acceptable course of action than to close the industry down. World Animal Protection fully agrees.

The Premier’s decision is at risk. You need to let the Premier know that he has your strong support to keep the ban.
