NSW:

The Agricultural and Animal Services Hotline can help. Find out more by calling on 1800 814 647
A full list of current Animal Evacuation Centres is available for people who need to relocate their animals, including specialised large and small animal facilities.

QLD:

RSPCA QLD Animal Ambulance is available on 1300 ANIMAL (1300 264 625) for help with pets or wildlife.
If you find livestock animals in need of assistance, please contract your local council.

WILD ANIMALS

Please do not to approach any of the following: flying-foxes or microbats, reptiles or large animals/ macropods.

NSW:

If you find injured or trapped wildlife, please call WIRES on 1300 094 737. They will give you information on how to best look after wild animals until a rescue can be safely conducted for all parties involved.

QLD:

RSPCA QLD Animal Ambulance is available on 1300 ANIMAL (1300 264 625) for help with pets or wildlife.

HEALTH

The NSW Disaster Customer Care phone line 13 77 88 is open 24 hours daily to take flood related calls.
Access mental health support through Lifeline’s 24-hour counselling service on 13 11 14. They have tool kits for people recovering after a natural disaster.
