Selfies to save animals!

14 November 2014

Want to help secure $50,000 for animal protection? Snap a selfie and you can!

The Dick Smith Foods Foundation is running a competition to give away $1 million to 75 charities in 2014. By entering you could help make sure some of those much needed funds go to animals in need.

  • The top four charities will each receive $50,000. This could provide enough food to feed all the bears in our Pakistan Sanctuary for two whole years!
  • The next ten organisations with will receive $20,000 – we could vaccinate more than 10,000 dogs in Asia against rabies.
  • The remaining 61 charities will each receive $10,000. This could feed 8 bears in our Romanian Sanctuary for an entire year.

The winners are determined by numbers of ‘votes’ received – and right now World Animal Protection is last. Please help us get to number one!

Here’s how to enter:

Just take a selfie with any Dick Smith Foods product(s) in your pantry and send it to charity@dicksmithfoods.com.au together with your nomination for World Animal Protection.

You can also receive bonus points for including friends and neighbours (up to 10) in your selfie. So ask for some help to put animal protection at the top of the list! Entries close December 31, 2014.

Visit the Dick Smith Foods Foundation website for more information on how to enter.

So cast your vote today and help secure a better future for animals all over the world.

Thank you!
