PETS AND FARM ANIMALS

NSW:

  • The Agricultural and Animal Services Hotline can help. Find out more by calling on 1800 814 647
  • A full list of current Animal Evacuation Centres is available for people who need to relocate their animals, including specialised large and small animal facilities.

QLD:

  • RSPCA QLD Animal Ambulance is available on 1300 ANIMAL (1300 264 625) for help with pets or wildlife.
  • If you find livestock animals in need of assistance, please contract your local council.

 

WILD ANIMALS

Please do not to approach any of the following: flying-foxes or microbats, reptiles or large animals/ macropods.

NSW:

  • If you find injured or trapped wildlife, please call WIRES on 1300 094 737. They will give you information on how to best look after wild animals until a rescue can be safely conducted for all parties involved.

QLD:

  • RSPCA QLD Animal Ambulance is available on 1300 ANIMAL (1300 264 625) for help with pets or wildlife.
